The Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) Coordinator manages the CME documentation for in-house regularly scheduled Series implemented at four Stanford-affiliated organizations: Palo Alto VA hospital, Stanford hospital, LPCH and the School of Medicine. The RSS Coordinator advises department personnel and RSS course directors on CME policies, procedures and requirements for certification. Rigorous review is required to ensure compliance with ACCME, AMA and Stanford policies. The RSS Coordinator monitors, records and regularly reports on the status of RSSs and provides appropriate transcripts to CME learners to serve the medical licensure renewal application needs of Stanford affiliated and local community physicians.
